Moto-Gate.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. Payment is made via a secure gateway and your card will not be charge until merchandise is shipped.

Shipping/Delivery Info
Orders process within 1-2 days of being received. Shipping estimates are once your merchandise leaves the warehouse. Please allow up to two weeks for delivery of your merchandise within the U.S. We only sell in stock items and will notify you of any unusual circumstances that may delay delivery. You will receive a shipping confirmation at the time your merchandise laves the warehouse along with tracking information where applicable.
While the Moto-Gate.com staff makes a good faith effort to track and correct any errors in shipment, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or undeliverable packages. Please be sure to provide the correct shipping information to avoid loss or damage. If the shipping address is entered incorrectly by the customer and a change needs to be made to the final destination address, you must contact us immediately. Once your merchandise leaves the warehouse, address changes cannot be accommodated. Please note that Moto-Gate.com is not responsible for delays in shipping due to weather conditions, incorrect shipping addresses or missing shipping information. If you are unable to receive your package, you may contact UPS to make alternate arrangements. We are unable to make alternate arrangements on your behalf. If the package is returned to sender due to the customer not meeting these arrangements, the customer is responsible for any reshipping costs.
Exchange Policy
Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt, please contact us immediately after your package arrives for exchange instructions. All claims MUST be made within 30 days of receipt of order. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Returned products MUST be in absolutely new and unused condition for an exchange.
